Trust here is infrastructure, not a badge on a page. These are the four things that carry it.
Documents with expiry dates we act on
Insurance, revenue licence and fitness are recorded with their expiry. Warnings go out at thirty, seven and one day, and the listing is withdrawn if a document lapses.
Handover on the record
Odometer, fuel level and eight photographs at collection and return, signed by both sides. Damage is compared against that record, not against memory.
A deposit you know about up front
The amount is set per vehicle and shown on the listing before you book, so it is never a surprise at handover. You arrange it with the owner directly.
A claims process with an actual decision
Damage claims are raised against the handover record and resolved by us, with the deposit released or drawn against in writing.

Questions people actually ask
What is actually included in the monthly price?
Comprehensive insurance with the rent-a-car loading, routine servicing, the revenue licence and a mileage allowance set by the owner. Fuel and traffic fines are yours. Any distance beyond the allowance is charged per kilometre at a rate shown before you subscribe.
I hold a foreign licence. Can I drive here?
Not on your home licence alone. You need a temporary Sri Lankan permit from the Department of Motor Traffic or the AA, usually obtained with an International Driving Permit. We ask for the permit and its expiry during verification, and we will not sell you a term that runs past it.
How much is the deposit?
The amount is set per vehicle and shown on the listing before you book. You arrange it with the owner directly, along with its return after the vehicle goes back.
Can I cancel before the term ends?
Yes. Cancel from your dashboard and settle anything outstanding with the owner directly. Cancellation terms for longer commitments are shown on the booking itself.
What happens if a monthly payment fails?
We retry automatically over several days and tell you each time. You keep the vehicle during that window. If the card is reported stolen or expired we stop retrying immediately and ask you to update it, rather than hammering a card that will never succeed.
